Black pepper grown along the Malabar coast and the Western Ghats of India is world famous for its intensity and flavour. We buy our organic pepper from the small farmer's co-operative in the Malabar region. The co-operative has won prizes for promoting sustainable farming practices and supports fair trade prices for the farmers.
