Tea
To steep a salubrious plant in hot water is so natural, because, well, we've been doing it hundreds of thousands of years. Mankind's affinity for tea likely predates the invention of agriculture and even our relationship with dogs. Like laughing with friends, listening to music, or just enjoying sunny weather, drinking tea just feels right, not to mention the health benefits.
The varieties of plants that may be used to make tea are virtually limitless. Indeed, many aficionados have dedicated their lives to the art of tea. Don't feel intimidated, however, if you don't know the difference between a ceylon and a matcha. After all, looking sophisticated isn't the reason billions of people drink tea. Tea is healthy, warm and comforting, and most importantly, it tastes good!
