Ras El Hanout

Ras el hanout is a Moroccan spice mix. The name literally means "top of the shop" in Arabic because it is a mixture of the best spices available in store.

It is used in many meat and fish dishes like Mrouzia and Tagine.

Ingredients: Organic cumin seeds, Organic coriander seeds, Organic cinnamon, Organic ginger, Organic peppercorn, Organic turmeric, Organic cardamom, saffron, dried rose buds.
